Moreover, by honoring these pioneers and leaders, you are providing role models for young people today.
For an industry to remain strong, it must continually at- tract the best young talent. The people you honor at the Japan Automotive Hall of Fame were not born great; they achieved greatness through inspiration, vision and hard work.
