Creation of advanced automotive technology through unique R&D

With an advanced design philosophy, practical knowledge and an engineer’s spirit, Mr. Joji Mizusawa dedicated a huge amount of time towards the research and development of Japan’s first torque converter for passenger cars, as well as diesel-powered machines and other memorable automobiles. He made a great contribution to the growth of our automotive industry, and in recognition of these great achievements, the Japan Automotive Hall of Fame is honored to induct Mr. Joji Mizusawa into the Hall of Fame.
