Mr. Shizuo Takashima

Born in 1938

Leading historical investigation of Japan’s motorization advanced automotive culture

Through editing magazines and writing books on the history of the world’s most eminent motor vehicles, Mr. Shizuo Takashima conveyed the delight of automobiles to a younger generation, and played a valuable role in providing them with the motivation to become designers or engineers. In recognition of these great achievements, the Japan Automotive Hall of Fame is honored to induct Mr. Shizuo Takashima into the Hall of Fame.
